Dr. Hilliary Abbott (formerly Anderson) graduated from Bastyr University with a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. Prior to attending Bastyr, she spent time living in Mexico and co-founding a nonprofit organization in Rwanda. After living overseas for several years, she developed complex health issues that led her to attend Bastyr with the desire to become a doctor who makes a meaningful impact in the lives of those facing intricate health challenges.
Dr. Abbott specializes in areas that require an integrative approach and combines the latest advancements in medical science with a holistic view of patient care. She explores the root causes of illness and creates personalized innovative treatment plans to treat the underlying cause of the symptoms. Her approach is characterized by thoroughness, empathy, and the belief that every patient, regardless of their health challenges, deserves a dedicated advocate in their journey towards wellness. Her commitment to addressing complex health issues underscores her belief that no patient should ever feel abandoned or without hope.

- Mast cell disorders, including mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), mastocytosis, histamine intolerance and mimicking conditions.

- Skin biopsy and genetic testing when indicated for suspected mastocytosis
- Hypermobility spectrum disorders, including Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS)
