Dr. Abbott is only accepting new patients for evaluation and management of the following conditions within her specialty: gastrointestinal complaints/conditions, mast cell disorders, hypermobility spectrum disorders, and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS). Insurance, fees, and additional patient information is at the bottom of this page.
In Person Visits
Appointments available on Tuesdays 10am – 2pm and Thursdays 10am-2pm.
New location: 3005 Alderwood Mall Parkway Ste 100, Lynnwood, WA 98036. We are in the lower parking lot/floor.
If paperwork is not filled out online prior to the visit, please arrive 20 minutes early.
TELEMEDICINE
Appointments available Mondays 11am-2pm, Wednesdays 9:30am-2pm and Fridays 9:30am-12pm. For telemedicine visits you must be physically present in the State of Washington during the visit, according to licensing legislation.

Insurance, Fees, and Patient Information
- Accepted insurances include: Most commercial insurance plans through Aetna, LifeWise Primary Network of WA (excluding Alpine network), Premera, Regence, Uniform and Blue Cross Blue Shield plans (including many out-of-state plans such as Anthem). Note: most Medicare plans do not cover Naturopathic Doctors (this is also subject to change yearly). We do not verify eligibility prior to appointments. Please verify coverage by calling your insurance company or by using your insurance’s online doctor search.
- Mid May-June 2026: We will be out of network with AmBetter, Cigna, Providence, First Choice, Heritage, Humana Medicare Gold Plus HMO plan H5619-057, Kaiser core/HMO/PPO, Pacific Source and Wellcare plans. See our Fees, Self Pay, and Insurance Information document for more details.
